As an ICT Project Manager, you take full ownership of challenging ICT projects within a dynamic international organisation. From initial planning to successful implementation, you ensure that technology, people and business objectives come together.
You work closely with multidisciplinary ICT teams, external suppliers and business stakeholders. Whether you're implementing new technologies, improving business applications or driving digital transformation, you make sure projects deliver real value.
You also play an important role in improving project management processes and helping the organisation adopt new technologies.
You have the freedom to take initiative, influence decisions and make a visible impact on international operations.
What will you do?
- Lead complex ICT projects from initiation to successful delivery, including planning, budgeting and implementation;
- Manage project risks, resources, timelines and quality while ensuring compliance with security and privacy requirements;
- Coordinate multidisciplinary project teams, external suppliers and international stakeholders;
- Drive organisational change and ensure successful adoption of new technologies and processes;
- Monitor project performance and report progress directly to senior management;
- Ensure smooth project handovers, evaluate results and continuously improve project management standards.

Wie ben jij?
You are an experienced ICT Project Manager who combines strong organisational skills with technical understanding. You enjoy taking ownership, solving challenges and bringing people together to achieve results.
You know how to balance business needs, technical possibilities and stakeholder expectations.
What you bring:
- HBO-level working and thinking ability;
- At least 5 years of experience managing ICT projects, preferably in an international environment;
- Experience with project budgets, risk management, suppliers and stakeholder management;
- Knowledge of PRINCE2, IPMA and Agile methodologies, along with relevant certifications, is considered an advantage;
- Experience with planning tools such as MS Project or Primavera;
- Affinity with Microsoft 365, Azure, business applications and data solutions;
- Experience driving organisational change and technology adoption;
- Excellent communication skills and fluency in English. Dutch is a plus;
- Willingness to travel internationally when required.
